Today I stumbled onto a great little video from Charlie Brooker‘s show Newswipe.

It kind of ties in with what I was talking about in my post “How To Watch The News & Stay Sane!“

In this video Brooker rips on American media, namely the goofy talking heads that appear regularly on the entertainment channel, Faux News…er…I mean Fox News…which isn’t really news at all…it’s more like opinionated emotional ear/eye-rape.
Nothing about Fox is news worthy. They’re more about scripted politics and a fake personalities.
EGO EGO EGO, under the guise of ‘faith-based’ American Patriotism!!!
Destroy The EGO!!!

Here is an interesting drink recipe presented by one of my favorite comedians David Cross.

“Brown Sugar Fountain”

Here is the recipe:

Makes 1 serving

• 12 oz. Brown Ale (preferably Newcastle)
• 4 oz. Cranberry Cocktail
• 1 tsp. Brown Sugar(sugary-powder kind)
• 1 shot Dark Rum (preferably Bacardi Select)

Pour your beer into a frosted drinking glass,
add the cranberry cocktail,
sprinkle brown sugar over top,
add dark rum,
and enjoy!
